WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Work that supports your next move.

01

Tenant improvements & remodels

Coordinate lighting, receptacles and electrical changes with the way the space will be used. Share plans and other trades’ schedules early.

02

Lighting & controls

Discuss interior, exterior and LED lighting upgrades, fixture locations and control requirements for your business.

03

Equipment circuits & power

Review equipment electrical specifications, circuit needs and available capacity before choosing a connection or upgrade.

04

Repairs & troubleshooting

Describe the affected equipment, symptoms and timing. Diagnosis establishes the problem before the repair scope is approved.

05

Panels & service upgrades

Review existing electrical capacity and proposed loads. The scope identifies utility coordination and any anticipated outage.

06

New commercial spaces

Plan installation around drawings, inspections, access and other construction work, with responsibilities documented in the proposal.

A BETTER WAY TO PLAN

Start with the operating plan.

A retail floor, office and occupied work area have different access needs. We ask who can authorize work, when equipment can be shut down and which areas need to remain accessible. Any proposed after-hours work is confirmed in the schedule.

SCOPE, PRICE & APPROVAL

Understand the work.
Approve the next step.

Commercial pricing depends on the existing system, equipment requirements, circuit lengths, access, outage planning and permit or utility coordination. The proposal identifies scope, exclusions, payment milestones and schedule dependencies. Additional work or cost requires your approval.

We explain discoveries before they become surprises and ask for approval before additional work or cost.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions, answered.

Clear answers to help you plan your next step.

Can you work around our business hours?

We discuss your operating hours and access restrictions before scheduling. Any shutdown, after-hours work or phased installation must be agreed on for the project; availability is confirmed with the office.

Can you add power for new equipment?

We review the equipment specifications and the building’s electrical capacity before defining the circuit, connection and any panel or service changes. Send the equipment information when requesting a review.

Will the business lose power during the work?

Some projects require a planned outage. We explain the expected affected areas and scheduling dependencies in the proposal, and update you if discoveries change that plan.

What is included in the commercial proposal?

Your proposal defines the electrical scope, price, exclusions, permit responsibility, anticipated outage and schedule dependencies. Larger projects also identify the deposit and billing milestones before authorization.

Do you serve businesses outside Wenatchee?

Yes. Our service area includes East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Entiat, Chelan and nearby communities. Share the project address and scope so we can confirm availability.
