Explore our complete customer process ↗SCOPE, PRICE & APPROVAL
For troubleshooting, any diagnostic charge is explained before booking; the repair price follows the assessment and your approval. Planned projects receive a defined proposal. If a larger project requires money down or progress billing, the amount and timing are stated before you authorize the work.
We explain discoveries before they become surprises and ask for approval before additional work or cost.
