TELL US WHAT’S HAPPENING

You know the problem.
We’ll investigate the cause.

You don’t need the technical name for it. Describe what you’ve noticed, where it happens and when it started.

01 / BREAKERS

A breaker keeps tripping.

Tell us which rooms or equipment are affected and what was running when it happened. We assess the circuit and connected equipment before recommending a repair.

02 / OUTLETS

An outlet or GFCI isn’t working.

One outlet, several outlets or an outdoor receptacle? Share the location and what stopped working so we can plan the troubleshooting visit.

03 / LIGHTING

Lights flicker or a switch fails.

Let us know which fixtures are affected and whether the problem is constant or occasional. We investigate the relevant lighting circuit, devices and connections.

04 / POWER LOSS

Part of the property loses power.

Describe which areas still have power and whether the issue comes and goes. Those details help us define the assessment and the next step.

Have a different electrical issue or a small repair list? Call 509-412-3817 and tell us about it. We’ll confirm the appointment scope and availability.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A service call.
A clear plan.

From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, you should understand what’s happening and what you’re approving.

Call for an appointment

Monday–Friday · 8am–5pm
Appointment availability confirmed by our office.

  1. Define the visit.

We record your concern, address, urgency and access details. We explain the diagnostic charge, agree on a realistic appointment window and provide an arrival update.

  2. Assess and explain.

Your technician investigates the agreed issue, explains the findings and uses relevant photos when helpful. Necessary repairs and optional improvements are discussed separately.

  3. Approve the repair.

After diagnosis, we explain the proposed repair, price and timing. You authorize the work before repairs begin. Any change in scope or cost comes back to you for approval.

  4. Complete the agreed work.

We protect the work area, communicate discoveries and let you know about schedule changes. If parts, access or coordination require another visit, we explain the plan.

  5. Test, explain and follow through.

We test the completed work, explain operation, clean up and provide useful documentation. Where inspection is included, we track closure and check that the issue is resolved.

A BETTER WAY TO PLAN

Diagnosis first. Approval before repairs.

An unknown electrical fault needs an assessment before a reliable repair price can be given. We explain the diagnostic charge before booking, share the finding and proposed repair, and get your approval before the repair or any additional cost. Necessary work and optional improvements are discussed separately.

SCOPE, PRICE & APPROVAL

Understand the work.
Approve the next step.

A diagnostic charge and a repair price are different parts of a service visit. The first covers the agreed assessment; the second depends on what the assessment finds. For larger planned projects, the proposal sets out the scope, exclusions, deposit if required and billing milestones before work is authorized.

We explain discoveries before they become surprises and ask for approval before additional work or cost.

BEFORE BOOKING

The diagnostic charge.

We explain the charge and what assessment it covers. Ask about any applicable travel charges and payment terms when arranging your visit.

AFTER ASSESSMENT

The repair price.

Once the issue is understood, we present the repair scope and price for approval. A troubleshooting appointment does not authorize every possible repair.

IF THE SCOPE CHANGES

Your decision comes first.

We explain the finding, any added cost and the effect on timing. Further work proceeds with your authorization.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Service-call questions, answered.

Clear answers to help you plan your next step.

How do I schedule electrical service?

Call 509-412-3817 Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Share the location, problem, urgency and access details. We confirm the appointment window and any diagnostic charges before booking.

Do you offer small electrical repairs?

Yes. Contact us about troubleshooting, outlets, switches, lighting and other service needs. We also handle larger residential and commercial projects; the office confirms availability for your address and scope.

Will I have a price before repairs begin?

Yes: the diagnostic charge is explained before booking, and the repair scope and price are presented after assessment for your approval. An unknown fault may require diagnosis before the repair can be priced.

Can additional work be added without my approval?

Our process calls for approval before additional work or cost. If we discover a condition that changes the scope, we explain it and seek authorization before proceeding.

Are you available around the clock?

Our staffed hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Call to confirm appointment availability; this website does not promise 24-hour dispatch.

What happens when the work is finished?

We test the work, explain operation, clean up and provide useful documentation. Where an inspection is part of the scope, we track its closure and follow up on the issue you called about.

Can the repair be completed during the same visit?

That depends on the finding, required parts, access and any permit or utility coordination. We explain what can be completed during the visit and what needs a separate appointment before you approve the repair.

Can I have several small electrical issues checked?

Yes. Share the full list when booking so we can plan the visit. We confirm the diagnostic scope and charges, then explain any proposed repairs and their prices for approval.

What should I have ready for the technician?

Have the property address, a description of the problem, when it started, and details about affected rooms or equipment. Mention access restrictions, pets, parking and who can authorize work. If you already have useful photos, let the office know; there is no need to open equipment or remove covers.

Who handles permits or utility coordination?

If the proposed work requires a permit, inspection or utility coordination, the repair or project scope will identify responsibilities and scheduling dependencies before you authorize it.
