WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Three options. One clear starting point.

01

Trimlight Premium

Our premium choice. Your original Columbia Electrical Trimlight proposal is the starting point for the comparison calculator.

02

InvisiLights + Track

Our best-value option: a very comparable permanent lighting option with a clean, finished track installation. Estimated at 15% less than comparable Trimlight work.

03

InvisiLights Direct-Mount

Our most economical option. Lights mount directly to the soffit without the decorative track, with potential savings of up to 25% compared with comparable Trimlight work.

A BETTER WAY TO PLAN

Consider the daytime finish, too.

The mounting approach is part of the finished appearance. Track creates a finished installation; direct-mount attaches the lights to the soffit without that decorative track. We review the roofline, mounting surface, access and power requirements before confirming the proposal.

SCOPE, PRICE & APPROVAL

Understand the work.
Approve the next step.

Final cost depends on measured footage, roofline complexity, mounting surfaces, access, materials and electrical work. Our calculator uses your original Columbia Trimlight bid and quoted footage, then adjusts the comparison as footage changes. The displayed amount is an estimate, not authorization to begin work.

We explain discoveries before they become surprises and ask for approval before additional work or cost.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions, answered.

Clear answers to help you plan your next step.

What is the difference between track and direct-mount?

InvisiLights with track uses a finished track installation. InvisiLights direct-mount attaches the lights directly to the soffit without the decorative track. We confirm which approach suits the mounting surface and the appearance you want.

Do I need a Columbia Trimlight quote to use the estimator?

The estimator is designed around your original Columbia Electrical Trimlight bid and its quoted linear footage. The initial $5,250 and 175-foot values are examples; replace them with the values from your own proposal.

Are the 15% and 25% savings guaranteed?

No. The track option is estimated at 15% less, while direct-mount is shown at the full potential 25% savings. Actual pricing and savings depend on the final scope and approval.

Why does the price change when I move the footage slider?

The calculator adjusts footage and applies the size adjustments shown beside the slider. It normalizes your original quote so the Trimlight price returns to your entered bid at the original footage, without adding the same adjustment twice.

What should I ask about controls, warranty and support?

Ask us to identify the proposed product, controls, setup requirements, manufacturer warranty and installation support in your proposal. Coverage and features should be confirmed for the specific package you choose.
