Troubleshooting & repairs in Wenatchee

A breaker that trips, an outlet without power or lights that flicker can start with similar symptoms and have different causes. A service call gives the electrician time to investigate the agreed concern, explain the finding and discuss the repair.

What helps us prepare?

Tell us which rooms or equipment are affected, when the issue started and whether it happens every time or only occasionally. A list of symptoms is more useful than a guess about which part needs replacing. Let the office know about access restrictions and who can approve the work.

Diagnosis and repair use the same clock.

Our first-hour service-call minimum is $200. After that, labor is $160 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Time includes travel from the shop and, when applicable, the return trip. Parts, including markup, and sales tax are additional. The clock does not restart with a second labor fee simply because diagnosis turns into a repair.

When a repair becomes a larger project.

If the assessment reveals work that needs another appointment or a separate proposal, we close the initial service call and arrange an estimate or bid for the next scope. You can then decide whether to proceed. The initial service call remains billable.
